From June 1st to September 30th

All cancellations must be made 8 days before date of arrival. The total cost of your stay will be charged on your credit card if cancellation is made within 7 days preceding that date.
 

October 1st to May 31th

All cancellations must be made 3 days before date of arrival. The total cost of your stay will be charged on your credit card if cancellation is made within 2 days preceding that date.

The total amount of your reservation will be charged on your credit card if you do not.
